Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit from concept/design development through IFC stages.
  • •Model and coordinate electrical systems and layouts, including equipment and panel layouts, cable tray/distribution systems, and electrical schedules and documentation.
  • •Interpret engineering drawings and specifications and accurately translate design intent, markups, and requirements into BIM models.
  • •Perform self-checks and model QA/QC prior to submission; ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, modeling guidelines, and LOD requirements.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary clashes and resolution using Navisworks and Revizto, mentor junior modelers, and deliver assigned packages within timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or relevant technical qualification).
  • •8–10+ years of relevant Electrical BIM/Revit experience preferred.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale Middle East projects, with Data Center experience highly desirable.
  • •Experience across multiple design stages (concept, SD, DD, tender, and IFC) and working independently as a Senior Electrical modeler.
  • •Ability to mentor junior BIM team members.
