Own end-to-end AI strategy and the agentic AI platform for Personal Health, translating technical decisions into business cases. Key Responsibilities

•Own AI strategy and the Personal Health AI platform end to end, from executive agenda and reference architecture to what ships.
•Design and stand up the agentic AI enablement layer, including a model gateway, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and safe release practices (evaluation, golden datasets, observability, guardrails, red-teaming).
•Run the platform as a product with SDKs/accelerators, cost/quality routing, token-level AI FinOps, and adoption metrics demonstrating reuse.
•Extend edge AI to on-device inference and global device fleets, including model compression and over-the-air deployment, while advancing privacy-preserving learning (e.g., federated learning).
•Operationalize responsible AI and data protection as engineering practice, including EU AI Act readiness and model documentation, bias evaluation, incident response, and audit-ready traceability.

Key Requirements

•Track record shipping AI/ML platforms or products in production at enterprise or consumer scale, with measurable outcomes and SLOs.
•Deep fluency in the modern AI stack (LLMs/generative AI, agent orchestration, RAG and vector search, MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation and observability, cloud-native architecture across AWS and Azure).
•Hands-on experience with services such as Amazon Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry is a strong signal.
•Experience building and leading multidisciplinary AI organizations (engineers, scientists, architects, platform PMs), including distributed teams across geographies.
•Fluency in responsible AI and data protection practices (GDPR and EU AI Act awareness, model governance, privacy-by-design).
