Key Responsibilities

•Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs on production line equipment, including copper electroplating, chemical etching, process water treatment, solder mask printing, drilling, PCB layup/lamination, and plasma etching systems.
•Maintain production line assets such as SMT line equipment, epoxy dispensing printers, conveyor systems, thermal/reliability chambers, and vacuum systems.
•Read schematics to troubleshoot systems down to the component level and use diagnostic tools to diagnose root cause and recommend reliability improvements.
•Execute lockout tagout procedures and perform calibration/repair using schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and test equipment.
•Coordinate with suppliers and vendor teams, submit purchase requisitions, drive root-cause actions to reduce equipment downtime, and train production personnel.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•2+ years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.
•Ability to read and utilize mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot down to the component level.
•Ability to read and safely execute lockout tagout procedures.
•Experience maintaining manufacturing/PCB and SMT-related equipment (preferred).
