Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs on production line equipment, including copper electroplating, chemical etching, process water treatment, solder mask printing, drilling, PCB layup/lamination, and plasma etching systems.
  • •Maintain production line assets such as SMT line equipment, epoxy dispensing printers, conveyor systems, thermal/reliability chambers, and vacuum systems.
  • •Read schematics to troubleshoot systems down to the component level and use diagnostic tools to diagnose root cause and recommend reliability improvements.
  • •Execute lockout tagout procedures and perform calibration/repair using schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and test equipment.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and vendor teams, submit purchase requisitions, drive root-cause actions to reduce equipment downtime, and train production personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.
  • •Ability to read and utilize mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot down to the component level.
  • •Ability to read and safely execute lockout tagout procedures.
  • •Experience maintaining manufacturing/PCB and SMT-related equipment (preferred).
