Job Summary

Create and maintain a robust 18-month demand plan using statistical methods and inputs from sales, marketing, and customer service to strengthen S&OP. Analyze forecast accuracy and bias, adjust forecasts for market, lifecycle, and promotional changes, and run scenario planning for external drivers. Facilitate demand review meetings to secure sign-off and provide a clear hand-off to replenishment and allocation to protect service levels, cost, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze forecast performance and KPIs (forecast accuracy and bias), identify error root causes, and apply corrective actions to update forecasts.
•Build demand forecasts across short and mid-long terms, incorporating product lifecycle, market trends, distribution changes, and promotional activity signals.
•Enrich demand forecasts by translating demand drivers into quantifiable uplifts and cannibalizations while maintaining assumptions logs across S&OP cycles.
•Prepare and facilitate demand review meetings (including 1:1 pre-demand review and DRM) to obtain sign-off for the 18-month demand plan.
•Review and update the short-term (0-3M) demand plan weekly on exception, communicate updates to replenishment, and support weekly S&OE meetings.

Key Requirements

•Ability to build and manage demand forecasts (short and mid-long term) and refine them based on exception analysis.
•Strong understanding of demand drivers, product lifecycle changes (listing/delisting/switches), market trends, and distribution changes.
•Experience analyzing forecast KPIs (accuracy and bias) and identifying root causes of forecast errors with corrective actions.
•Capability to translate statistical forecasts using assumptions logs and support scenario planning with volume-to-value translation.
•Cross-functional collaboration to secure S&OP sign-off and align demand updates with replenishment and allocation processes.
