Collaborate on core search capability delivery, apply abstraction and process optimization for search scenarios, and support large-scale machine learning and high-concurrency, high-throughput systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop the global e-commerce search system architecture for TikTok and affiliated products, solving architecture optimization challenges.
•Support design and development of the global search system and deliver core search capabilities to partners.
•Optimize architecture abstractions and processes for search scenarios, including large-scale machine learning optimization.
•Improve system stability, performance, and scalability for high-concurrency, high-throughput systems.
•Research, design, and optimize core components and new technologies; develop and validate software, including testing and validation procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
•Experience in programming including C, C++, Java, or Golang.
•Solid programming ability with strong design and code style, with enthusiasm for technical challenges.
•Effective communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and drive.
•Experience in at least one of personalized recommendations, search engine, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks (plus).
