Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop the global e-commerce search system architecture for TikTok and affiliated products, solving architecture optimization challenges.
  • •Support design and development of the global search system and deliver core search capabilities to partners.
  • •Optimize architecture abstractions and processes for search scenarios, including large-scale machine learning optimization.
  • •Improve system stability, performance, and scalability for high-concurrency, high-throughput systems.
  • •Research, design, and optimize core components and new technologies; develop and validate software, including testing and validation procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Experience in programming including C, C++, Java, or Golang.
  • •Solid programming ability with strong design and code style, with enthusiasm for technical challenges.
  • •Effective communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and drive.
  • •Experience in at least one of personalized recommendations, search engine, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks (plus).
