Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional PX support to colleagues within the EMEA region.
  • •Manage HR cases in ServiceNow, ensuring customer experience and SLA compliance.
  • •Identify case trends and opportunities for process improvement, supporting self-service and streamlining processes.
  • •Manage family leave and flexible working requests, and administer related benefits processes.
  • •Support onboarding and new starter inductions, including producing letters/contracts, maintaining accurate Workday/HR records, and handling pre-employment checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced in a PX/HR advisory role with exposure to HR processes, policies, and best practice across multiple EMEA countries.
  • •Strong English communication skills and ideally one or more European languages (Italian preferred).
  • •Confident leading in-person onboarding sessions and delivering a great first impression for new hires.
  • •Understanding of HR legal principles for the UK and the rest of EMEA, with consistent delivery of HR process and projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge of UK right to work requirements and ability to maintain compliance with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
