•Lead AMER: own the operations from day one; coach your managers, maintain forecast predictability, and ensure SDR-to-AE handover quality
•Drive global AI transformation: build and deploy an AI-native SDR workflow layer across EMEA and APAC in collaboration with regional peers
•Build the future bench: implement structured development cycles, create progression paths, and measure SDRs advancing to AE roles
•Own the operational numbers: pipeline analytics, conversion metrics, forecast cadence, and clear communication to VPs and GTM leadership
•Partner with AE leadership to formalize career progression as a talent brand and attract top SDR candidates
