Key Responsibilities

  • •Take the lead on planning for multiple projects or a single complex project within the programme of works.
  • •Create, develop, and maintain risk-managed project schedules aligned to requirements.
  • •Adhere to NEC or FIDIC processes for schedule data and submissions.
  • •Monitor and consolidate multiple project schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Evaluate schedule progress and performance, analysing float/critical path and reporting KPIs and EVM periodically.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software.
  • •Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., Association for Project Management or Project Management Institute).
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
  • •Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
