SOC Analyst - Tier 2 (Managed SOC)

Monitor and investigate advanced security incidents in ZainTECH’s Security Operations Center, serving as the primary escalation point for SOC Tier 1. Validate events, assess scope and business risk, perform correlation of logs and telemetry, and conduct root-cause analysis with IOC identification. Lead threat detection and hunting, develop and tune SIEM use cases and correlation rules, and maintain incident documentation, reporting, and SLA-aligned response workflows.
