Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with environmental and community relations policies.
  • •Coordinate construction engineering activities, including communication between S32, engineers, and contractors.
  • •Extract and interpret data from plans, engineering reports, and specifications to support contractor execution and procedure development.
  • •Support sourcing strategies and coordinate contractor risk assessments; manage construction contracts and vendor service performance.
  • •Promote safety culture through visible field leadership and support QA/QC processes, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing construction contracts and vendor service contracts.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a safe work culture, including visible field safety leadership.
