Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Monitor equipment during production and make necessary repairs or adjustments; document corrections required.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance (including weekends) and rebuild equipment as required.
  • •Assist with installation of new equipment and perform maintenance throughout the entire facility as needed.
  • •Work other shifts when necessary and coordinate closely with other maintenance personnel; complete other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.85 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 months of maintenance experience, or enrollment in a maintenance/mechanical program in lieu of experience.
  • •Understand and agree to follow Safety Rules, including Lockout/Tagout.
  • •Comply with OSHA standards and complete mandatory online training.
  • •Physically able to perform the job requirements (including lifting/moving 40+ pounds, working overhead, and climbing ladders).
  • •Communicate and get along well with others and work closely with other maintenance personnel.
