Key Responsibilities

  • •Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled inspections and servicing of HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and fire/safety equipment to prevent failures.
  • •Repairs & Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting and hands-on repairs for electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing leaks, drywall, painting, door hardware and building automation systems.
  • •Building Automation Systems: Monitor and operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) and installed mechanical equipment.
  • •Emergency Response: Serve as primary contact for facility-related emergencies (fire alarms, security alarms, power outages, leakages, or system failures) and respond promptly to on-call duties.
  • •Contractor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and contract terms.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; an associate degree or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or building maintenance is a plus.
  • •8+ years of experience as a professional plumber, electrician, mechanical/automation technician, facilities maintenance technician or related trades in commercial buildings.
  • •Proven knowledge of HVAC systems or electrical, plumbing, mechanical or automation systems.
