Aberdeen - Field Service Quality Coordinator

Drive service quality excellence and customer satisfaction for assigned operations. Maintain district and global quality (SQ) databases, analyze operational performance data, and monitor field performance assessments, customer surveys, and KPIs. Lead adoption of the quality management system, investigate accidents and incidents, coordinate event investigations, and arrange local (and occasional vendor) audits while proposing SQ improvement solutions from field visits.
