•Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience, balancing customer impact with reliability and engineering complexity.
•Collaborate with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on AI-driven features and support onboarding or troubleshooting to understand real-world usage and edge cases.
•Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
•Design AI-driven automation experiences that balance speed with trust, transparency, and control.
•Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
•Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to production deployment, including products with complex backend or data dependencies.
•Excellent communication skills across engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership.
•Strong critical thinking skills to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
•Familiarity with APIs, data models, or technical product surfaces (you don’t need to code, but you can speak the language).
