Job Summary

Own the ElevenCreative enterprise sales motion across Spain by building pipeline and closing deals with enterprise creative and marketing teams. In a green-field territory, you’ll define the playbook, develop account and territory strategies, and lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to drive smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion, and represent ElevenCreative at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive ElevenCreative revenue in Spain by identifying new AI creative business opportunities.
•Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and develop business cases that tie AI creative capabilities to measurable value.
•Develop and execute territory and account strategies from scratch, including target account identification, outbound sequencing, event strategy, and pipeline building.
•Deepen understanding of the AI creative landscape (use cases, competitive dynamics, and trends) across relevant verticals including media, automotive, consumer goods, publishing, or advertising.
•Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success for onboarding, deployment, and account expansion; represent the product at industry events and client meetings.

Key Requirements

•5+ years quota-carrying sales experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI products to enterprise buyers, ideally with exposure to creative tools or content production.
•Deep familiarity with AI creative tools or the digital media landscape, including how enterprise creative/marketing teams evaluate and adopt new tooling.
•Proven success navigating complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
•Ability to translate technically complex AI capabilities (voice synthesis, image/video generation, dubbing, music creation) into business value for non-technical decision makers.
•Comfort building pipeline from scratch via outbound, events, and account-based strategies; native or full professional Spanish and strong English.
