Data Scientist - Trust & Safety Operations

Partner with Trust & Safety Operations leaders to run quantitative analyses that drive strategy and cost-effective risk mitigation. Build and maintain SQL-based reports, models, metrics, and dashboards, and identify key business outcome drivers using regression and other statistical methods. Design and execute experiments (including A/B testing and causal analysis), collaborating across Ops, Finance, and cross-functional data teams to scale initiatives and improve workflows.
