Job Summary

Lead a team delivering enterprise-scale healthcare data migration and integration solutions for successful Enterprise Imaging implementations across North America. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Migration and Integration professionals delivering enterprise-scale healthcare IT implementations across North America.
•Establish and continuously improve standardized delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices to ensure quality and reduce implementation risk.
•Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Clinical Consulting, Customer Success, Technical Services, and external implementation partners to drive predictable project execution.
•Build and manage strategic relationships with third-party implementation partners, including onboarding, training, and quality frameworks aligned to Philips standards.
•Drive continuous improvement through resource planning, capacity management, KPIs, technical leadership, and executive-level communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 186,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years implementing enterprise healthcare IT or Enterprise Imaging solutions.
•5+ years leading Data Migration, Integration, or Professional Services teams.
•Experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including DICOM, HL7, IHE, PACS, VNA, and EMR/EHR integrations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics (or equivalent) or 11+ years industry experience.
•Collaborative, customer-focused leadership with experience coaching teams, managing vendor relationships, and communicating with executive stakeholders.
