Job Summary

Design and develop advanced data center IT rack solutions as part of the Mechanical Engineering team. Execute complex mechanical designs, perform technical analyses, and build validation test plans to ensure rack functionality, durability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support development of data center infrastructure and high-density rack solutions.
•Use 3D CAD tools (Creo or SolidWorks) to design and modify mechanical components and assemblies for air- and liquid-cooled systems.
•Perform component design activities including concept development, prototyping, testing, and design validation for performance and manufacturability.
•Apply engineering analyses and simulation tools, including FEA, and interpret specifications, test data, and supplier documentation to guide design decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,640 - 105,380 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience (including internships) in electro-mechanical product development, or equivalent skill, with preferred exposure to air or liquid cooling technologies.
•Experience with 3D CAD software such as Creo or SolidWorks.
•Exposure to mechanical design of sheet metal, plastic, die-cast, or electromechanical components.
•Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical datasheets, and specifications.
•Basic understanding of engineering analysis tools, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
