Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow strategic Banking & Payments accounts by developing account strategies, executive relationships, and pipelines.
  • •Originate and lead the full sales lifecycle from needs discovery and executive shaping through solution development, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • •Advise senior executives on digital money, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled and cross-border payments, and related operating models and infrastructure.
  • •Provide executive leadership across complex strategy and transformation engagements, ensuring delivery quality and commercial outcomes.
  • •Help shape and execute Capco’s Digital Assets growth agenda through differentiated propositions and ecosystem relationship building.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior consulting, advisory, or financial services experience operating at a leadership level and owning/growing major financial services accounts.
  • •Proven commercial track record originating, shaping, and closing consulting opportunities with sustained relationships across banking and payments executives.
  • •Deep understanding of banking and payments business models, economics, infrastructure, technology, and regulatory considerations.
  • •Strong knowledge of digital assets in banking and payments, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, digital money, tokenization, and distributed ledger technology.
