Universal Banker - Cobb / Cherokee Area

Provide timely, accurate customer transactions and maintain proper handling of assigned monies while delivering a high-quality client experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales and service through outbound calls, identifying offers and client needs, and partnering with branch specialists. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, following internal controls and risk management policies.
