Hands-on offensive security practitioner driving adversary emulation and continuous red teaming across cloud and AI-enabled enterprise environments. Leads engagements from planning through remediation, collaborating with Blue/Detection teams to strengthen detections, responses, and overall risk posture while adhering to engagement constraints and safety guidelines.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Red Team and Purple Team engagements as a primary operator, including adversary emulation and intelligence-driven attack paths
•Design and execute campaign-based attack operations across enterprise environments, including on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid infrastructures
•Conduct hands-on exploitation and abuse demonstrating techniques such as living off the land, identity abuse, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, and data exfiltration
•Test AI-enabled systems and workflows, including abuse of AI assistants, copilots, and automation platforms, and evaluate AI model misuse scenarios
•Collaborate with Detection Engineering and Blue Team to validate detections, identify gaps, and refine response effectiveness

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
•4 to 8 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience focused on Red Team, adversary emulation, or advanced offensive security
•Demonstrated experience executing Red Team or Purple Team engagements in assumed breach or adversary-based scenarios
•Strong technical capability across multiple attack surfaces including identity/access, endpoint, network, cloud and SaaS environments
•Ability to design and execute attack paths and campaigns rather than relying solely on automated tools
