Key Responsibilities

•Monitor legislative, regulatory, and enforcement developments across key APAC jurisdictions and maintain an internal tracker of consultations, licensing regimes, guidance, and policy signals relevant to digital assets and blockchain security.
•Produce well-sourced policy briefs, memos, and explainers translating complex regulatory developments into actionable insight for stakeholders.
•Research and help draft CertiK's responses to public consultations and requests for comment from regulators.
•Prepare materials ahead of regulator and public-sector engagements, and follow up on outcomes.
•Support law enforcement and capacity-building engagements by developing training materials and preparing briefing packs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in law, public policy, international relations, political science, economics, finance, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in policy, regulatory affairs, financial regulation, management/strategy consulting, a think tank, a law firm, a regulator, public-sector body, or a compliance function.
•A solid working understanding of financial regulation and/or the digital asset and blockchain landscape.
•Excellent written and verbal English, plus professional working proficiency in an additional Asian language for reading regulatory sources in the original language.
•Strong research, synthesis, and analytical skills, including working through primary regulatory sources and extracting what matters.
