Job Summary

Drive adoption of a prenatal diagnostic screening product by conducting direct field sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors across your San Antonio territory. Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, prospect for new business, and execute a strategic plan to increase utilization. Manage the full sales lifecycle, coordinate logistics, present clinical information to physicians and patients, and represent the company at local tradeshows and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
•Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
•Prospect for and cultivate new business while maintaining key account relationships.
•Find and capitalize on regional growth opportunities across OBGYN/MFM/GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
•Create and implement a strategic business plan; manage the full product sales lifecycle and attend industry events/tradeshows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,991 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector calling on providers in a specified territory.
•Proven sales track record with strong selling, listening, presentation, and decision-maker understanding skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external customers.
•Strong time management to assess and prioritize opportunities and focus on closing business.
•Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics related to patient privacy and information.
