Job Summary

Oversee cash operations for Northern Emirates by preparing and submitting crew deployment in line with company procedures and PSFRD regulatory requirements. Ensure route staff deployment, monitor 70+ routes and 1600+ daily services, and manage customer and operational correspondence. Support ATM/CDM/CIT/Kiosk services, maintain daily service records and staffing schedules, analyze routes for efficiency, and escalate or resolve operational issues to keep services compliant and on time.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and submit Northern Emirates crew deployment according to PSFRD regulatory requirements.
•Ensure route staff deployment and maintain records for new and organic business reconciliation.
•Send daily Crew Deployment Reports for 70+ routes and handle PSFRD amendments for staff absence or vehicle changes.
•Ensure staff compliance with SOP, company policies, safety standards, and PSFRD requirements while supporting CIT/ATM/SCDM/Kiosk services.
•Dispatch and monitor 1600+ daily services in Northern Emirates, maintain daily service records and schedules, and resolve or escalate operational issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•3 years of experience in the security industry, especially in cash services.
•Excellent knowledge of ATM/CDM/CIT operations.
•High School/Diploma.
•Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
•Strong literacy in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and strong knowledge of regulatory law for cash operations.
