Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across Wholesale and end-to-end commercial processes.
  • •Map current processes, analyze root causes, and translate business needs into improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects from initiation and planning through implementation, adoption, and closure.
  • •Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, dependencies, and success measures; coordinate teams and track deliverables.
  • •Manage requirements and enhancements for digital tools and support change management via stakeholder communication, training, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years leading cross-functional projects.
  • •Previous experience with Wholesale, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related commercial processes.
  • •Proven ability to manage projects end to end (planning, execution, implementation, follow-up).
  • •Business-level English required; fluency is a plus.
