Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop manufacturing, repair, service, testing, and integration plans, procedures, and applicable standards (ranges and tools).
  • •Prepare documentation and support operational teams with first-level maintenance (TPM) alongside maintenance teams.
  • •Define testing and burn-in strategy for equipment and subassemblies, ensuring testability needs are met.
  • •Ensure production/support processes and tools are defined, implemented, prepared, optimized, and updated with documentation changes.
  • •Provide real-time internal and external (supplier) industrial technical support, resolving issues within Takt-aligned timeframes and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of production and repair processes, and how products are manufactured or repaired.
  • •Knowledge of industrial management control plus stock/flow management methodologies.
  • •Implementation experience with continuous improvement tools and practices (e.g., Lean, Gemba Walks, Compass Room, PDCA, TPM).
  • •Analytical and problem-solving capability for production/support challenges.
  • •Knowledge of production tools and industrial IT, including use of dashboards for analysis and decision support.
