Claims Specialist

Administer, review, and process claims in accordance with established policies and procedures. Serve as a claims process subject-matter expert, supporting offices and plants with claim entry, approvals, and guidance. Tackle claim help requests through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, while actively communicating with regional Trane staff. Contribute to process improvement projects in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
