Intern Growth Strategy Manager (all genders)

Support Tradebyte’s growth by working across Revenue Operations and Enablement. Lead customer segmentation and tiering analysis, improve CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and pipeline reporting, and help build dashboards and revenue metrics for leadership. Coordinate cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, create enablement materials (playbooks, pitch decks, onboarding guides), and roll out new tools and programs while measuring and improving their effectiveness through feedback loops.
