Own SimpleNursing’s earned and owned growth marketing channels end-to-end, from SEO and content to lifecycle email, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization. Build channel roadmaps, run experiments, and translate performance and customer journey insights into measurable improvements. Partner closely across Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and external agencies while maintaining hands-on execution and clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the roadmap and hands-on execution across earned and owned marketing channels including SEO, content, lifecycle email, landing pages, website experiences, and CRO.
•Grow organic acquisition by finding search opportunities, improving content, creating high-intent resources, and partnering with Engineering on technical SEO.
•Build and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, nurture, promotional, and re-engagement journeys using student stage, behavior, and engagement signals.
•Improve conversion across landing pages, trial sign-up flows, and content-to-purchase pathways by developing hypotheses, launching structured tests, and iterating on results.
•Analyze customer journeys and funnel performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity, then prioritize improvements based on business impact.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in B2C growth, digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar environment with meaningful ownership across earned and owned channels.
•Hands-on experience across SEO, content marketing, lifecycle email, landing pages, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
•Experience personally launching campaigns, experiments, webpages, or customer journeys and using measurable results to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, or retention.
•Strong analytical judgment translating performance data, customer behavior, and testing results into clear actions and priorities.
•Ability to work effectively cross-functionally across Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and leadership while influencing decisions without direct authority.
