Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers with planning activities for schedule and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Review and comment on contractors’ work programs, and continuously monitor contractor activities against approved plans.
  • •Develop periodic progress reports highlighting key risks and deviations from plans, coordinating with supervision teams and site teams.
  • •Monitor project schedules and investigate delay causes with contractors, recommending corrective measures.
  • •Assist with assessment and management of variations, including claims related to scope, schedule, and cost changes, plus support for final accounts and certificates during handover and defects liability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and planning industry in a top-tier regional or multinational consultancy firm.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing project planning activities in large-scale construction supervision projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience using construction management and planning software and tools, including scheduling and planning tools (e.g., Primavera).
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong planning, analytical, budgeting, and communication skills.
