Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in new product introductions and early learning shipments, resolving critical long-term customer issues with upper management.
  • •Provide third-level escalation for Hardware & Software (stability) issues and engage in technical dialogue for customer escalations and availability requests.
  • •Drive failure analysis to identify long-term technical issues, develop resolution plans, and design corrections.
  • •Provide alpha and beta site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, process, software, or processes on engineering/customer tools.
  • •Generate and present system performance data (e.g., MTBF/MTBI/availability), create/review technical documentation (CENs, BKMs, ECO-related materials), and organize on-site training for early learning shipments and new product introductions.

  • •Demonstrate depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline to support product hardware performance at the customer site.
