Key Responsibilities

•Execute domestic and international shipments via parcel, LTL, FTL, air freight, ocean freight, and hand-carry operations.
•Coordinate import and export activities with freight forwarders, customs brokers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
•Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, EEI filings, AES filings, export licenses, carnets, certificates of origin, and other shipping documentation.
•Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, DG regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
•Support customer deliveries, field deployments, demonstrations, sustainment activities, and international programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 79,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or international transportation.
•Experience supporting international shipments and customs processes.
•Knowledge of export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR.
•Experience working with freight carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
•Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
