Senior Manager - Operations - Ports & Terminals - Mundra

Monitor shift activities across vessel, rail, and road operations, ensuring targets and deadlines are met while optimizing productivity and customer service reliability. Allocate work and manage company and outsourced staff, supervise the terminal supervisory group, and ensure seamless inter-shift handovers. Support performance improvement through regular process control checks, coordinate with supporting departments, manage berthing/un-berthing timelines, and provide first-line emergency response and damage assessments with clear stakeholder communication.
