Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site application support to customer technical teams and establish solid collaboration with client contacts
  • •Regularly hold meetings with customers and feed key requirements back to the company
  • •On-site support at customer sites and maintain communication with customers via phone/email to analyze issues and provide timely solutions
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between product/engineering teams and customers
  • •Support product by debugging advanced-node solutions, monitoring and driving customer project progress

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or higher in physics, optics, computer science, chemical engineering, materials science, mathematics, or related field
  • •Familiarity with OPC and lithography technology
  • •Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • •Excellent communication, planning/organization, collaboration, and people/project leadership skills
  • •Fluent in English
