Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site application support to customer technical teams and establish solid collaboration with client contacts
•Regularly hold meetings with customers and feed key requirements back to the company
•On-site support at customer sites and maintain communication with customers via phone/email to analyze issues and provide timely solutions
•Serve as the primary liaison between product/engineering teams and customers
•Support product by debugging advanced-node solutions, monitoring and driving customer project progress

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or higher in physics, optics, computer science, chemical engineering, materials science, mathematics, or related field
•Familiarity with OPC and lithography technology
•Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
•Excellent communication, planning/organization, collaboration, and people/project leadership skills
•Fluent in English
