Job Summary

Act as the HR Business Partner for the Saint-Héand business line, combining operational and strategic HR work. Partner with managers to improve employee engagement through performance management, talent and skills development, mobility, onboarding, and well-being. Provide day-to-day guidance on employees’ professional development and concerns, and contribute to organizational and HR transformation projects by advising, adjusting, and driving stakeholder buy-in.

•Serve as HR Business Partner for the Saint-Héand business line within OME.

•Provide close support to employees regarding professional development and daily concerns.
•Contribute as a change agent to organizational or HR/business projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year of experience in generalist HR functions.
•Master’s (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
•Experience in talent development, performance management, and HR transformation projects.
•Strong relational skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
•Ability to support change and influence key stakeholders in a growing business environment.
