Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full application and infrastructure stack to keep the service highly available, secure, performant, and reliable.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain observability, monitoring, and synthetic testing to detect issues early and validate behavior end-to-end.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely incident response using PagerDuty and related processes.
  • •Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure business continuity and recovery readiness.
  • •Leverage Datadog and operational data to improve reliability through dashboards, alerts, SLO/SLI tracking, and automation/tooling improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or CloudOps, with 3+ years building and operating cloud-native platforms, including experience deploying and supporting cloud-based applications.
  • •Ability to think in a cloud services manner and experience with orchestration toolsets.
  • •Operations understanding (change management, on-call rotations, escalations, uptime) and experience managing production systems at very large scale.
  • •Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra).
  • •Experience with cloud/server architecture, REST APIs, microservices development/deployment, security-relevant protocols, and major OS families (Linux or Windows).
