Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to project sites as needed to support schedule management and project delivery activities.
  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project and program schedules in Primavera P6 across a multi-project environment.
  • •Integrate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and construction into master program schedules.
  • •Monitor schedule performance, progress, and forecasting; assess schedule risk (critical path, what-if modeling) and identify delays and recovery opportunities.
  • •Consolidate schedule data into integrated reporting/dashboards and prepare status reports, schedule narratives, and executive presentations.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
  • •Construction experience with site-level understanding of the construction process, including familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing.
  • •Knowledge of system start-up sequences and major dependencies, and the ability to create detailed concept-level schedules from limited information.
  • •Experience with schedule risk analysis (e.g., critical path, what-if scenario modeling) and providing recommendations for recovery strategies.
  • •BS degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent related experience); PSP (AACE) and EIT are beneficial.
