Yard Technician

Maintain and organize the rental yard at EquipmentShare’s Florence, TX facility by inspecting and documenting equipment before and after use. Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning, and handle loading/unloading. Keep inventory systems up to standard operating procedures and ensure the yard/shop is clean, safe, and hazard-free. Support additional assigned duties as directed by the General Manager, including occasional on-call scheduling.
