Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and execution for corporate meetings and conferences, partnering with Sales leaders to define objectives and desired outcomes.
  • •Own meeting logistics and communications across the pre-event, onsite, and post-meeting lifecycle, including hotel agreements, room blocks, registration, transportation, food and beverage, and attendee communications.
  • •Build and manage Cvent experiences, including registration websites, attendee engagement and management, and post-event reporting.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and meeting budgets, balancing quality and cost while tracking spending and improving efficiency.
  • •Measure and improve meeting effectiveness using attendance, spending, and stakeholder feedback; use data and AI-enabled tools to streamline work and generate insights.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience in corporate events or meeting planning, including end-to-end execution, vendor management, logistics, and budget management.
  • •Proficiency with Cvent for registration website builds, attendee engagement/management, reporting, and sourcing.
  • •Strong project management and critical-thinking skills with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Strong customer focus and communication skills, able to collaborate across organizational levels and with external partners.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
