Oversee regulatory testing and compliance for Pandora products, maintain the regulatory testing matrix, support E2E processes, advise on testing methods, and coordinate with IT/vendor teams to improve EQMS tools in a jewelry manufacturing environment.

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and update the regulatory testing matrix in alignment with third party labs and Group Legal, regulatory database
•Regularly monitor Pandora regulatory compliance to ensure products and materials meet PSW and finish product requirements
•Provide guidance on testing methods and testing information related to regulations for stakeholders
•Review MSDS/test certificates of materials to ensure regulatory compliance of Pandora products
•Act as main contact between IT and document software vendor, gather user feedback, provide EQMS guidelines and user training

Key Requirements

•Manufacturing, testing laboratory in jewelry industry are preferred; experience in regulatory compliance within jewelry manufacturing is a plus
•Ability to train and share knowledge with end users; strong multitasking to handle multiple issues
•Experience seeing projects through full life cycle and excellent analytical skills
•Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across IT, QA, and production teams
•Experience working with MSDS/test certificates and ensuring regulatory requirements compliance across raw materials and finished goods
