Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate and operate quality-related meetings, including agenda creation and minutes/action-item management
  • •Track progress of quality improvement projects and coordinate with relevant departments
  • •Compile, analyze, and visualize quality metrics (quality KPI/metrics)
  • •Support creation/review of quality review materials and management reporting materials
  • •Coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders to promote process improvement, standardization, and resolution of quality issues

Key Requirements

  • •Japanese (JLPT N3 level) for daily conversation
  • •English (daily conversation level) for mainly overseas chat/email communication
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/industry experience
  • •Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • •Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders to carry out work
