Job Summary

Partner with product managers and the local India Data Manager to support analytics across the product lifecycle—from discovery and planning through launch and optimization. Analyze user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and track KPIs. Design and run experiments and A/B tests, build self-serve dashboards and alerts (SQL, Power BI, Looker), and synthesize results into actionable product recommendations while collaborating with data engineering to shape the data roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an embedded analytics partner for product managers across ideation, discovery, research, planning, execution, and launch.
•Analyze user behavior, product usage, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
•Conduct deep-dive analyses to validate hypotheses, estimate business impact, and monitor KPIs across the product lifecycle.
•Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to validate new features; analyze results and deliver optimization recommendations.
•Build self-serve dashboards, reports, and alerts; collaborate with data engineering to influence the data platform roadmap and streamline analytical workflows with automation, AI tools, and data agents.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience as a business or product analyst (financial services is an advantage).
•Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, etc).
•Experience with AI tools and a hands-on approach to tools such as Cursor and/or Claude Code to improve analytical workflows.
•Superb data storytelling ability to influence audiences at all levels, including executive leadership.
