Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate offboarding meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and settlement negotiations.
  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert for offboarding and employee relations queries, navigating clients through Remote resources and guides.
  • •Conduct employee relations case follow-ups, support progressive discipline and documentation, and contribute to process improvements/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven background managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Working knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level written and spoken English; strong communication, conflict management, negotiation, and discretion with automation/AI fluency.
