Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the MDM strategy and maintain the MDM operating model, governance framework and roadmap aligned to business, finance and technology.
  • •Establish and oversee standardised onboarding, maintenance and governance processes for finance master data, ensuring data quality, integrity and compliance.
  • •Design and enforce governance frameworks for creation, amendment, approval, monitoring and retirement of master data, including segregation of duties and validation controls.
  • •Lead automation and technology-enabled solutions to optimise master data processes, simplify and re-engineer workflows, and improve service performance.
  • •Lead master data readiness for ERP implementations and transformation programmes, including governance embedded into data cleansing, migration, validation and cutover activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years' experience in Finance Management, Master Data Management, Governance/Compliance/Audit, Shared Services or Business Transformation.
  • •Hold a BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Management, Internal Audit or a related field.
  • •Have a professional certification in data management, finance, governance or project management (e.g., CDMP, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
  • •Demonstrate strong expertise in finance operations, governance, internal controls and master data management.
  • •Have proven experience supporting ERP implementations, data migration programmes, operating model transformations and post-implementation governance.
