Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with production control to create a week-by-week schedule and assign operators accordingly.
  • •Partner with QE’s and ME’s to improve processes within the cell to increase efficiency and eliminate rework/scrap.
  • •Establish recovery plans to address daily/weekly misses before they impact monthly/quarterly results.
  • •Ensure robust root-cause and corrective actions for major monthly misses at the cell control tower level.
  • •Direct hourly associates’ activities, including training, performance appraisals, discipline, safety, and opportunity resolution to support continuous improvement.
