Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement packaging sourcing strategies across the EMEA region.
  • •Lead sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid analysis, and supplier selection.
  • •Build and maintain strategic relationships with packaging suppliers.
  • •Negotiate supplier agreements and manage the contract lifecycle.
  • •Identify cost-saving opportunities through market and spend analysis, partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to support business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, commercial, or operations roles in a multinational environment.
  • •3+ years of experience managing packaging categories or related category management responsibilities.
  • •Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and packaging supply markets.
  • •Professional proficiency in English, experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
