Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate support for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and delivering a high-quality client experience. Serve as a sales and service cross-trained partner, using outbound calling to identify client needs, educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online & Mobile banking), and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and problem resolution.

•Support sales activities by participating in outbound calls to check client offers and identify needs or opportunities; refer to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
