Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for a risk decisioning platform that enables low-code policy management (Risk, KYC, KYB) and real-time decisioning at scale. Lead discovery and analysis hands-on, set direction by quantified business impact, and drive platform metrics and self-service coverage. Collaborate daily with engineering on architecture trade-offs, prototype with LLM tools to validate ideas, and prioritize a cross-stream backlog across Risk B2C and Risk B2B.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the platform end-to-end: vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for policy development and testing tools, execution engine, data sources connectors, and content management interfaces.
•Run customer development hands-on with internal users (risk analysts, risk engineers, domain product teams) to validate problems and define requirements.
•Lead the full analysis cycle: requirements and business analysis, problem decomposition, and solution options with trade-offs; use team and LLM tools and review the codebase when needed.
•Drive the self-service target state and own key platform metrics such as lead time for content delivery, self-service coverage, SLA, and user CSAT.
•Prioritize a single backlog across Risk B2C, Risk B2B, and product streams by quantified impact; work daily with engineering on architecture trade-offs and prototype with LLMs to validate ideas.

Key Requirements

•4+ years as a Platform/Technical PM for internal platforms such as decision engines, risk/credit decisioning, BRMS, rule engines, Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), antifraud or scoring platforms.
•Deep knowledge of Scoring, Risk, or Antifraud domains in Fintech/Banking.
•Owned a product vision end-to-end: set direction, defended it, and shipped; stakeholder roadmaps alone are not a fit.
•Conduct customer development and discovery hands-on: interviews, validated problem statements, requirements, business analysis, and high-level solution design.
•Nice to have: experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager combined with Product Management.
