Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for hyperscale data center sites, including receiving, shipping, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • •Maintain asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning, including tagging, labeling, and data entry in asset management systems.
  • •Manage receiving and shipping by verifying quantities, inspecting for damage, and updating tracking systems in real time.
  • •Run cycle audits and physical inventory counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy and resolve shortages that could block build or deployment.
  • •Process RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements with vendors, coordinate security escorts, and report inventory performance, turns, and obsolescence.
