Job Summary

Build and maintain stable, production-like non-PROD environments (INT/UAT) to enable end-to-end testing across complex distributed systems. Own test environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Define and execute test data management strategies including provisioning, refresh cycles, and SQL-based validation. Implement data masking and privacy/compliance controls using Delphix, and support CI/CD pipelines with automated data setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain stable test environments, replicating production configurations and dependencies.
•Define environment strategy (INT, UAT), monitor environment health, and resolve issues.
•Own test data management: define sourcing strategy, execute provisioning/refresh cycles, and ensure data traceability.
•Validate and reconcile data using SQL, ensuring end-to-end data traceability for complex systems.
•Implement data masking and compliance in non-PROD environments using Delphix, including masking rules and audit/regulatory support.

Key Requirements

•8 years of experience (education and experience may be combined to satisfy experience requirements).
•Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and Linux or Windows platforms.
•Strong knowledge of complex SQL and optimization techniques.
•Background in test data management and synthetic data generation, including data refresh strategies.
•Intermediate knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M).
